Laterly I was involved in the technical aspects of my employer’s production and customer liaison on Marketing, Sales and Technical issues. This customer liaison enabled me to grow my direct personal relationship with the Technology and Buying Teams of the major South African retailers (including Woolworths, Jockey, The Edcon Group and M & S for exported swimwear) in addition to maintaining continuous contact regarding product quality, technical and development issues; in the production of both warp and weft knitted fabrics including elastane containing fabrics. |
