  I’m currently the Chairman and
Lecturer in The Department of Textile Technology at the National
University of Science and Technology (NUST), Bulawayo Zimbabwe.
Responsible for;

Curriculum development and establishment of the of Department of
Textile Technology in the Faculty of Industrial Technology.
Liaison with industry regarding curriculum development and student
industrial attachment training.
Conducting lectures, seminars, tutorials and practical laboratory
sessions in Yarn Manufacture, Technical Textiles, Project Preparation,
Textile Physics and Factory Planning and Management.

Supervision of research students and assessing student work.

Examining students.

More than 10 years working experience in the Textile Manufacturing
Industry where I served at various levels of senior management. In
addition I have provided consultancy services to industry in the following
areas; Providing solutions to engineering problems as well as textile
expertise in resolving problems in textile materials and
manufacturing.

Training of industrial engineers, middle management, supervisors and
operators.

Diagnosis/ action studies and recommendations for implementation in
textile mills.
